NAR Says I Cannot Use the Word
"Realtor" in place of Real Estate Broker.

Though Thousands of Websites Do and
Every Person on the Street Does.

Law Books Use Realtor in place of Real Estate Broker.

Yet NAR throws their "Clout" around
To TRY and STOP folks like me.

 

They did this even when I was a Realtor
and had 200 website names with the
Term "Realtor" in the Domain Name.

 

I let those Go Out of Fear
of an NAR Lawsuit.

There Reason then was it was against NAR Policy and me being a member.

There Reason now is that I am not a Member.

 

NAR has Double Standards.

 

NAR violates Policies and Standards of Practice Daily

with no member accountability or Real Quality Control.

 

STOP Using the Realtors Cartel
It is Bad for Business, Bad for your Health
and you have NO REAL PROTECTION

The National Association of Realtors
At Every Level has no process in place to

 EVER Checks MLS Data for
Any Kind of Quality Control AT ALL

 

This is a VERY - VERY Big Deal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MLS Data is Used to VALUE
EVERTHING and no one is Watching it.

No One EVER Looks at a Settlement Statement,
Not Random, Not Monthly, Not Yearly,
NOT EVER

To Make Sure that the Correct SOLD Data
was entered into the MLS.

 

No One Cares.

 

 

 

 

 

NAR says they don't Want me saying

they Say it is a Trademark Violation.

 

I was a Realtor, I am Confessing what I know and
they want to put the "scare" into me to NOT
Use Realtor in Place of Real Estate Agent,
